Shelf Bracket Pair

A bracket to hold up your shelf. Just not as boring as the one from Ikea.

Made to hold the IKEA BERGSHULT shelf (80 × 20 cm, 25 mm thick). The 150 mm arm carries the shelf's 200 mm depth, and the curved brace keeps the bracket light and tidy under the shelf.

Each bracket mounts with a single #8 screw through the slot in its wall plate. The printed washer that comes with it spreads the load across the plate, the slot gives a little room to level the shelf, and the round opening in the brace lines up with the screw so a screwdriver reaches straight in.

Includes 2 brackets and 2 printed washers. Screws and wall anchors are included: #8 × 1½" pan head screw with an anchor suited to your wall, or screw into a stud. IKEA recommends brackets at least 70 cm (27½") apart and rates the shelf for 10 kg (22 lb).
